We are about to lose them...

Breast cancer can be painful both physically and morally,
but does not rhyme with a undoubted death ! Yes Jennifer, you are a perfect representative of it and i got much admiration for your courage.
There is always some hope which i wanted to show it by the flying birds that inspire life, hope, liberty, escape from this sad reality.
Also there is some contradiction between the peaceful and smooth atmosphere there with the exploded breast part.

Whoa. This is a very powerful shot, and you've achieved that by means of a slightly bolder and daring message, but you've done it so artistically that it's retained its class. I like the softness of the image, such a contrast to the strong message being sent, and the disintegrating hand is another really neat effect. Great work. :) This is fantastic.
